NIHE Handcut Crystal Vase
A Dublin Handcut crystal vase presented to His Excellency, President of Ireland, Dr Patrick Hillery by the National Institute for Higher Education, 9 October 1986.
During his period as Minister for Education the 1960's, Dr Hillery was responsible for much innovative thinking which led, in time, to the establishment of Institutes of Higher Education and Comprehensive Schools.
