The National Roads Authority and Clare Museum are planning public seminars on the archaeology found on the route of the N18 Ennis bypass on the evenings of October 26 and 27 in Clare Museum, Ennis at 8.00 pm.
Archaeologist involved in the excavations will make presentations on a building survey of the route, the excavations and post-excavations work.
Finds that include an Iron Age wooden bowl and a bronze palstave axe will be on display in the museum during the week of the seminar.
