Clare and Shannon Archaeological Societies Winter Lecture Series
Location: Templegate Hotel
Curator John Rattigan will give a talk in the Templegate Hotel on “World
War I and its artefacts”. John will present a small handling collection
of World War I artefacts from Clare Museum, explaining their history and use.
People are invited to bring along their own objects, photographs, stories
and memories of family members who served in the armed forces at that time
for discussion or queries, or any other objects or history relevant to WWI
or that period in Ireland.

Culture Night: Jaskane Café Trio
The Jaskane Café Trio showcases a unique blend of violin, oboe and
guitar, while playing and eclectic mix of musical genres and evoking sounds
of international café culture. They create a melodic and harmonic tapestry
while also diversifying with intricate solos and riffs to create the Jaskane
Café Trio’s distinctive sound.
The performance will be held in the museum foyer and admission is free. All
are welcome.
