Feis an Chlair Medal

This 9ct Gold medal for Irish dancing was won by J Conlan (1890-1979) at Feis an Chlair in 1903. Mr Conlan, a well known Trade Union leader in Limerick, was a Linotype operator at the Limerick Leader. The medal was supplied and\or manufactured by Cooke's Jewellers, of Wexford who once had a premises at 24 South Main Street in that town.
