Location and Brief Description:
The village is situated in a rather low-lying part
of Clare on the “old” road from Tulla to Limerick via Broadford.
It is four miles from the former and 14 from the latter. It is a very
scattered little village. There are 10 shops including 6 licensed premises.
It is a village without interest for the visitor.
