Fennell took advantage of this poor man’s absence from his house, removed his family in a most inhuman manner, and locked the door. This case stands over for trail.

*Casey, the landlord of this Division of Quilty, took advantage of the absence of these poor people, who had to undergo the workhouse test to get out-door relief; and, without any law process whatsoever, levelled their houses when he found they were, for that purpose, with their families, gone to Kilrush.
†Comyn was convicted of a misdemeanour at Kilrush Petty Sessions, on Monday, 20th March instant, for throwing down this poor man’s house in his absence.
