The Vice-Guardians to the Commissioners - October 31, 1848

We have to enclose a note, given to us by the relieving officer of Killard Division, of possession having been taken of a house and premises without the necessary notice being served on him; and as this is the first case that has come to our notice, we beg the directions of the Commissioners for our guidance, as most probably many similar instances may be laid before us.
