Application forms are now available from the Arts Office for the First Cut series of films. Organised by the Film Institute of Ireland (FII) First Cut is a showcase of the work of emerging Irish film makers. First Cut focuses on unseen or rarely seen material, either on 16 mm, Super 16 or VHS formats.
