IRMA Assistance With Music Masterclasses

IRMA Trust was founded in 1997 by record companies in the Irish music industry, with seed funding from the Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA) and Phonographic Performance of Ireland (PPI). IRMA Trust is a non-profit-making, charitable music trust fund. The objective of IRMA Trust is to facilitate the development of music in Ireland, to encourage equal opportunity and access to music activity, to promote active participation for young people in music and to facilitate further education opportunities for young musicians. These objectives are realised through the provision of funding for educational activities throughout Ireland. IRMA Trust is committed to assisting the development of music in an imaginative and effective way and currently provides funding under the following programme areas – Master Classes; Individual Scholarships and Bursaries; Miscellaneous Events; Instrument Bank.
