Island Theatre Company is seeking a general manager to oversee the next stage of the company's development. Reporting to the Artistic Director and the Board, the ideal candidate will have experience of selling, promotion, negotiations, press relations and some experience of arts management. He of she will be self-motivating, organised, efficient and enjoy working with creative people. Salary £17,000- £20,000 (under review).
