organisational, communication and computer skills. (MS Office Pro2000); Arts Management
experience preferred. Administration, management, marketing of the Company's
performances, tours and programs--nationally & internationally, The Company will be
located in a new purpose built Dance Centre @Bloomfields--Dun Laoghaire.

Dance Theatre of Ireland is a leading professional Performing Company touring Nationally
& Internationally, with extensive teaching activities.
The work of the company includes choreography by the Artistic Directors Robert Connor
& Loretta Yurick and invited guest choreographers, such as Rui Horta, Charles Cre
Ange, Les Carnets Bagouet, Blok & Steel; "?"passionate, evocative,
sophisticated yet arrestingly pure?." Dance Theatre of Ireland is a Company Limited
by Guarantee founded in 1989 primarily assisted by the Arts Council of Ireland.
Additional support from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, the Dept. of Foreign Affairs
and the Company has been twice-awarded European Commission Kaleidescope grants.
International projects have received support from the French Cultural Services and
AFFA, Fonds voor de Podiumkunsten (the Netherlands), the Goethe Instutute, and the Digital
Media Centre; commercial sponsors have included OCEAN, FM 104, and SANYO. Dance
Theatre of Ireland has been recently been awarded a 3-year contract with the Arts Council
2000 through 2002.
