Through the auspices of the Ennis Milesian Club, Ennis will host the
10th European Week of Culture in 2002, the first town in Ireland ever to do so.
This week is a festival of music, song and dance which will happen throughout the county.
Groups from Germany, France, Italy, Sardinia, Hungary, Spain, Romania, latvia, Lithuania
and Ireland will participate in this event.
