| Notes: | Scariff N.S. is situated beside the church in a very pleasant setting on a one acre site. The school was built in 1974. The building now contains a playschool and a library/art room. The school has ateaching staff of seven including a Learning Support teacher and a Resource teacher. |

Extra
curricular activities include speech and drama, french, chess and art. Children participate in the Clare Primary Schools hurling and camogie competitions, Credit Union Quiz, the Irish Kidney Association Quiz and drama festivals. |
