Muire is a voluntary secondary school, under the trusteeship of the Sisters
of Mercy and managed by a board - comprising staff, parent and trustee representatives. All students follow a five or six year course of studies - 3 years in Junior Cycle and 2 or 3 years in Senior Cycle. A Transition Year is offered to Post-Junior Certificate students.
