An exhibition by the Irish Wildlife Trust on shells (bivalves
and gastropods), outlining the biodiversity of sea shells,
their evolution, habitats and identifying key points such
as natural heritage, conservation and the interaction between
wildlife and people.

Children. Prizes will be sponsored by McLoughney's Newsagents,
Shannon Sky Court, Shannon. Children are requested to choose
one book to review from a selected list and submit their entry
to the Sean Lemass Public Library, Shannon, or to mailbox@clarelibrary.ie
with the heading ' Shannon Book Review Competition', on or

- Shannon Scouts Club 40th Anniversary.
The Shannon Scouts Club is Celebrating its 40th Anniversary
with an Expo in Sean Lemass Public Library, Shannon, from
14th - 28th February 2005. The Expo will include photographs,
kerchiefs, fireblankets, charts of leaders, and memorabilia
of their activities and adventures since the club's origin.
A representative will be in attendance in the Library each
afternoon to meet parents or children and answer any questions
and provide information.
