Estates derived from the Earls of Thomond
Declaration of Settlement of Henry, Earl of Thomond on his death in
1741 to Lord O’Brien and his other sons, with a remainder of the
estate passed to the heirs of Percy Wyndham Esq. on condition of taking
the name of O’Brien. Descended on the death of Percy Earl of Thomond
in 1774 who died intestate to his nephew and Heir at Law George O’Brien
Earl of Egremont. Followed by a list of estates in the Earl’s
possession, those not in his possession and sale of estates.
