Stranger Danger is the perfect book to facilitate discussion with young children about talking to strangers.

Following a talk given by a policeman in school, Joe has a number of tough decisions to make. Does he simply follow the Eye Test Lady whom he has never seen before, even though he’s just been told never go with a stranger? Does he take a peppermint in the concert hall from a kind old gentleman to help him stop coughing, even though he’s been advised never take sweets from a stranger?

There are five short chapters in this Young Puffin book which is ideally suited for confidence building in solo reading.
