RC Baptism Records (Complete) for Killard Parish, 1855-1881

Transcriber Notes:

This is a transcription of a transcription (transcriber unknown) and so there are three layers of mistakes: those made by the priest who made the original entries (that register is lost), those made by the first transcriber and those made by me. Some mistakes are obvious when the data is sorted by father’s name and when sorted by mother’s name, but researchers will need to check the civil records for themselves: http://www.irishgenealogy.ie.
Several years (June 1860–Apr. 1867) are missing from the register. It seems these were missing from the original register: a note by the transcriber at the bottom of page 21 (online) where the gap occurs says, “See last four pages of this book” – this note may be referring to those lost entries. It may be that some of the lost entries were found after the transcription had been completed and were then entered at the end of the book. There are no images online for these pages, however.
