Minister Dick Roche Launches New Library Projects in Clare

Dick Roche T.D., Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, launches new Library projects in Clare on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of Clare County Council's First Library Development Programme.
Minister Roche officially launched Foto, The Tithe Applotment Books Transcription Project, Frost's History of Clare, and Clare County Library's Bookmark 2005.
