Location and Brief Description:
On main road from Tulla to Limerick being about 4½ miles from Tulla and 14½ miles Limerick.

Description:- A rather small dilapidated village of little interest to the visitor and to the traveller it might have been Goldsmith’s “Deserted Village”.

Is there a Town Hall? Yes Location: On Main St.

Parks, Gardens and Recreation Grounds. Brief Description:
An enclosed hurling park is the (hurls) only park available. It is a fine enclosed grounds situated just outside the village.

Only water supply is the village pump. There is sewerage scheme.
